Dr.Chandok’s Public-Health Mission

Dr. Neil Singh Chandok’s approach to orthodontics is rooted in public health and community service. Before dental school, he volunteered at the Waukesha Community Children’s Dental Clinic, teaming up with clinicians to care for underserved kids across southeast Wisconsin. That experience showed him how a healthier smile can boost confidence, comfort, and overall well-being.

Dr. Chandok earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, then completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Department of Orthodontics—one of the nation’s leading programs for surgical and community-focused orthodontic training.

Today, through Milwaukee Orthodontics, he continues that mission by participating in ForwardHealth, BadgerCare, and Wisconsin Medicaid programs. His goal is simple: make evidence-based orthodontic care accessible to every child and teen who needs it—no matter their background or coverage.
